Karate Program
(7 - Adult)

White -Orange Belt

An introduction program to basic techniques in kicking, punching, self defense, sparring, & forms. Students will also learn self discipline, focus, & better their self esteem.

Green Belts through Black belts As students’ progress, they will begin to practice techniques in combinations, learn how to apply controlled techniques with opponents, and continue learning new techniques.



Adult Martial Arts

Little Dragons (4-6)
Mon 6:30 pm



This is a transitional class for our younger martial artists who are not quite ready for the beginner class. This class teaches kicks, punches, & blocks by breaking each move into small segments along with a few technique games designed to help the children begin to use their bodies in more complex motions and hit targets with precision



Women's Kick Boxing Fitness
Mon & Wed 7:30 pm



This program, designed specifically for women, combines exercises from kick boxing and different styles to in- crease endurance, energy, muscle strength, and flexibility.



Judo

Judo: Levels: White – Black Belt It is designed for those who need to learn to defend themselves against larger and stronger opponents.

Hung Ga
Ancient Wayz
Wed 7:30 pm



Hung Ga is a style that is known for low strong stances, that develop powerful legs as well as dynamic tension exercises that develop the muscles and tendons in the upper body and forearms. It is a complete system of martial arts that develops bone density, strong muscles and tendons, techniques for combat, as well as cultivating health and healing within the body.

Muay Thai Cardio
Th 7:30 pm



Muay Thai Cardio is a great way to strengthen the body, build endurance and burn off calories and fat.. This 45-minute class program consists of the following exercises: Jumping Rope, Pad Work (Striking and Kicking), Drills, Shadowboxing, Punching Bag Training, Sprints, Dutch Drills (Two-Person Routines), Strength and Conditioning Exercises, Etc. Most of the training will be done in a 3-minute round format with a 45 second break in between each round. ​



Boxing

Learning the basics for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels of Defense, footwork and head movement. Proper form for strikes advancing power ,speed, accuracy, strength conditioning, and stamina building.



Traditional Japanese Sword Class(16+)
Thursday 7:30 pm



Santō Ichi-ryū is a traditional and elegant Japanese sword art in which one learns to harmonize techniques within our unique system of strategy as a means to achieve a higher state of martial awareness and skillset.
This art compliments many other systems including karate, jujutsu, judo and aikido
​to name a few.
