Summer Camps
Our martial arts summer camps provide a safe and fun learning environment. This year we will be running two summer camps: Camp Cheng and Boot Camp. Please read the descriptions of the camps below to see which camp is right for you and your family.
Boot Camp
Dates: TBA Session Length: 1 day
Times: 9:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Ages: 12 & up
Requirements: Must have martial arts experiences.

Description
Everyday will have 1-2 hours of endurance and strength training, with varying exercises based on ability levels. Each day will have a different focus, where we will take a certain set of skills and practice, practice, practice.

Description
Camp Cheng is a martial arts based summer camp, which means every child will have the opportunity to learn martial arts each day of camp. We will also play martial arts based games, along with classic games like Capture the Flag to build team skills.
Our camp also keeps children's mind active with daily silent reading after lunch, reading groups, art & science projects, social studies research papers, cultural studies, and our favorite - logic puzzles and games. Each week has a theme for all the academic work, so that our weeks will be very cohesive.
