Dragons ( Pee Wee Classes )
Age: 4 - 5 years
Prepare your little one for the martial arts. Class also available at
the Lansdowne YMCA and Springfield HealthPlex. Please check schedule
link for times and days.

Children's
Program (Age: 6 - 12 years)
A psychological study found that children in martial arts have an increased
sense of responsibility, a decrease in willingness to take foolish risks,
and a higher sense of self-esteem. This is why millions of parents are
using martial arts to supplement their children’s education.
Our belt system works
as in indicator of the student's knowledge, skill, and attitude. Students
will not receive a belt simply because they show up to class and are well
behaved, they must earn their rank.
We have trained staff
of patient instructors who love to work with children, but are also very
clear about limits. We enforce good rules of behavior in class, and we
expect the same good behavior at home and in school.
Our program teaches
practical, proven self-defense methods. We also teach the kids that the
moves they learn in class will work, so they don’t go home and try
them on their family members or neighbors.

Teen
& Adult Program
Age: 13+ years
Martial arts classes are well known for their stress relieving benefits.
The emphasis on mind-body training goes far beyond the benefits of standards,
health club type exercises.
There is something
for everyone. Each of our instructors bring their best aspects to class,
making sure there's never a dull moment.
Japanese
Sword
Saturday at 8:30 am

The class is
the study of kenjutsu with the major focus on the katana or long sword.
Those studying are taught the Samurai art of swordsmanship including the
techniques, tactics and strategy for the swords use. The style is one
derived from the teachings of Musashi via his senior student Nobuyuki
down to the present through Shibata sensei. The study of this weapon art
can benefit both beginner to advanced students of any style of Martial
art.

Women's
Fitness Program
Age: 13+ years
Combines kick boxing, aerobics, pilates, plyometircs, core exercises and
fun to help you increase endurance, energy, muscle strength, flexibility.
The program is specially designed for women not interested in the high-paced
workouts of large gyms. The exercises change constantly, according to
everyone's needs, to keep class new and exciting.
Personal Training
You can schedule with
any one of our staff members for any martial arts or fitness related training.
Womens' Self Defense Classes (Dont be a victim)
Saturdays learn easy steps to protect yourself! Basic escapes and defensive
moves will be taught on a weekly basis. Easy to learn! Great for young
teens, mothers and grandmothers.
