Belt Test Sparring
Testing for Orange - Josh is sparring a young girl being tested for her yellow belt. He practices controlling his kicks and punches, while we see how well she uses the techniques taught in class.
The Girls - Somehow, we can't have a fight without a few laughs. Even though these girls smile and laugh, they won't hesitate to hit.
