Cheng's Martial Arts





Beginner Karate
7-Adult

An introduction program to basic techniques in kicking, punching, self defense, sparring, & forms. Students will also learn self discipline, focus, & better their self esteem.
​As students progress, they learn how to apply controlled techniques with opponents.




Adult Martial Arts
Tu/Th 7:30 pm



Martial Art combined with Self Defense and Fitness for the older Students. Move at your pace with no pressure.
​No prior experience



Japanese Jiu-Jitsu
Mon 6:30p, Fri 7:30p & Sat 9a



Japanese Jiu Jitsu : Levels: White – Black Belt It is designed for those who need to learn to defend themselves against larger and stronger opponents.



Women's Self-Defense
Mon & Wed 7:30 pm



Don't be a Victim.
Learn to protect yourself in unwanted situations with basic stikes and escapes. No experience necessary. Ages: 17+



Women's HIIT Fitness
Mon & Wed 7:30 pm



This program, designed specifically for women, combines exercises from kick boxing and different styles to in- crease endurance, energy, muscle strength, and flexibility.



Traditional Japanese Sword Class(14+)
Thursday 7:30 pm



Santō Ichi-ryū is a traditional and elegant Japanese sword art in which one learns to harmonize techniques within our unique system of strategy as a means to achieve a higher state of martial awareness and skillset. ​This art compliments many other systems including karate, jujutsu, judo and aikido ​to name a few.



Little Dragons (5-6)
Monday 6:30 pm



Little Dragons is designed for the 5-6 year olds. It helps to prepare them to join in our basic karate program with the older students.

Class is only available September -June

Hung Ga Ancient Wayz

Friday 7:30 pm



Hung Gar is a style that is known for low strong stances, that develop powerful legs as well as dynamic tension exercises that develop the muscles and tendons in the upper body and forearms. It is a complete system of martial arts that develops bone density, strong muscles and tendons, techniques for combat, as well as cultivating health and healing within the body.
